Day Care Substitute

We are a Home Based Licensed Family DayCare located in Woodside, Queens.

We are seeking to hire one Daycare Assistant (Substitute). The ideal candidate must be willing to provide per-diem child care to infants and toddlers; commit to overseeing the daily functions of the program, provide a loving and professional environment, while providing leadership experience to our children

MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN THE FOLLOWING WITH NO EXCEPTIONS:

· Fingerprinting

· A Current Medical and Immunization Records

· State Central Register (SCR) Clearance

· First Aid and CPR Certification

· Provide 2 Professional or Personal References

*Must consent to an FBI and Department of Health Background Check; Must have a Social Security Number or ITIN.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

· Provide care to infants and toddlers.

· Personal care to include diaper changing, toileting, meal preparation, etc.

· Maintain cleanliness of toys, napping mats, tables and chairs, bathroom, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, etc.

· Perform other duties as assigned by Program Provider

Schedule:

• Per Diem

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Woodside, N.Y., 11377: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Required)
