Phillips Corporation is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a CNC Service Professional. As a global supplier of manufacturing technology products and services, we have a strong reputation within the machinery industry. As a CNC Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients throughout the southeastern United States. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing some of the largest and most complex CNC machines in use while providing world-class service.

Responsibilities
  • Install and conduct customer acceptance testing on a variety of machines, including EDM machines, swiss-style lathes, VTL's, boring mills, horizontal mills and shaft lathes.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems and perform necessary repairs
  • Troubleshoot control system malfunctions
  • Perform calibration and allignments
  • Train end users on machine operation and maintenance best practices

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $85,000.00 and $110,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC maintenance and repair on a variety of brands and types of machinery
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
  • Above average mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components
  • Basic CNC programming and operation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to travel throughout the southeastern US on a weekly basis 100% of the time
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
