Position: Dietary Aide

Location: Chelsea Retirement Community-Assisted Living

Department: Dining Services Department

Shift: 4pm-730pm, 12 hours per week
Status: Part-Time less than 16 hours
Schedule: will include two consecutive weekends and holiday rotation

The Dietary Aide / Server provides exceptional customer service and brightens the day of older adults through positive interactions.

What you’ll do

  • Create an enjoyable dining experience, serving residents and their guests
  • Take orders in restaurant service style setting
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area

What it takes

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
