Job Description
What You’ll Do
As the Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for the screening, assessments-to include PCP’s and crisis plans, evaluations, medical and case management services for the youths staying at the Center. A successful coordinator will be skilled in working with, not only the youth but with their families and professional stakeholders as well, to assist them in gaining life skills and achieving the confidence to work together outside of the Center to address issues and problems as a cohesive team. We are seeking candidates with a high level of organizational and communication skills as well as top tier self-management and marketing skills to promote the program both internally and externally.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary between $57,000 and 64,000 depending on skills and experience. This full-time position offers a primary schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm and can be remote or hybrid following the minimum 90-day hybrid training period. What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Intake Coordinator you must have working knowledge of electronic health records, prior authorization protocols, the ability to build a local network for service referrals, and a “can-do” attitude. We also require:
- Full licensure is required for this position
- LCAS preferred, provisional license will be considered
- Experience with assessments and working with the adolescent population and substance use
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
