Inside Sales Representative - Equipment & Parts

S.S. Equipment, one of the Northwest’s premier New Holland equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative for our Albany, OR location. This person will interface with walk-in customers at the store location to answer questions, sell parts and equipment. Due to the seasonality of our business, some overtime may be necessary during the Summer.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with no major driving infractions in the last 3 years.

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Working the front counter, greeting customers
• Answering store phone calls
• Researching parts availability and ordering parts in for customers
• Answering customer questions and showing equipment to customers on the lot
• Demonstrating equipment
• Research competition and industry trends
• Compare customer financing and present purchase options to customer
• Prepare and compile sales paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• General Agricultural Equipment Knowledge
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, ability to learn Web Based Business System & CRM
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening
