Job Description
The Key Program is seeking a Full-Time Master's Level Clinician to work within a six bed, Semi-Independent Group Home for females, ages 16-20 years of age, located in Providence, RI.

What you bring…

The Residential Clinician requires a Masters Degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related area of study. All candidates must be 21 years of age or older; have a valid state driver's license; and, have a legally registered and insured car for work use. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


What you will do…

  • Provide individual clinical services to the residents; provides intervention and crisis services as needed.
  • Works collaboratively with the supervisors and direct care staff to provide clinical guidance and training.
  • Facilitate clinical groups such as DBT, substance abuse prevention groups, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain clinical case records according to agency and licensing requirements.
  • Work as part of a treatment team with external agency providers to coordinate care (schools, community counseling centers, hospital settings).
  • Attends and participates in individual supervision and regional clinical team meetings.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours, is required.

What you will receive…

Salary: $63,560 - $65,560 (MSW, LCSW) or $66,560 - $71,560 (LICSW, LMHC) excellent individual and group clinical supervision and training, medical, dental and optical insurances; bilingual salary differential depending on language; life insurance; tuition assistance; paid vacation and holidays; paid sick and personal time; retirement program; wellness benefit; and pre-tax childcare.

  • In ADDITION to the salary, this full-time position qualifies for a $3,000 Hiring Bonus ($1500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $1500 at the completion of 6 months)
