Location: Position located in Midland, TX (Housing provided for rotational schedule staff)

Schedule:Flexible, Rotational (2 weeks on/1 week off)

We are currently looking to expand our client's operations by adding motivated Entry Level Field Hands to our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to start a career in the oil and gas industry, with ample room for growth and professional development.

Position Summary: As an Entry Level Field Hand, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day rental operations. This position involves the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from various locations, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. We offer a flexible schedule with a unique rotational work pattern, providing housing for those on a rotational schedule to support work-life balance and ease of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver and pick up equipment from specified locations within set timelines.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment before and after use, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Assist in loading and unloading equipment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment movement and condition.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (less than 3 tickets in the last 3 years).
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
