Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly
• Weekdays and Saturdays 9am - 5:30pm; Sundays 11am - 7:30pm
• Enjoy having every other weekend & every other holiday off
• Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Job Description

• Follows recipes for hot and cold food preparation. Batch cookitems ensuring optimal food quality, i.e., scrambled eggs, french-fries, vegetables, fish, etc.
• Follows "counts" designated on production sheets as written.
• Informs Chef when a recipe or food production sheet needs to be modified and informs Chef of potential shortages.
• Instructs attendants in regard to menu offerings and/or menu changes.
• Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.
• Helps with table service toresidents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent, required.
• 6 months cooking experiencepreferred.
