2. Project Management Expertise Coordination:
* Coordinate with project management experts to ensure the successful execution of departmental projects, which may be executed in Agile, Hybrid, or Predictive methodologies.
* Develop and improve project management expertise and execution throughout the OT department.
* Support the development of tools, methodologies, and processes to standardize project execution and reporting throughout the department, ensuring consistency and efficiency in project management practices.

3. Software Quality Assurance Oversight:
* Provide oversight of the Software Quality Assurance team, ensuring that all software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
* Review and Improve site policies and procedures for Software Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance with DOE Orders, industry standards, and best practices.
* Provide expertise in Software Quality Assurance to the OT department, Engineering, and the Site, offering guidance and support on quality assurance processes and methodologies.

4. Process Improvement and Change Management Leadership:
* Serve as a change agent, driving organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the OT division.
* Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes and systems.

5. Coordination with Operational Technology Managers:
* Collaborate closely with managers across different functional areas within the Operational Technology division to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
* Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts towards common goals.

6.Qualification and Development of Personnel:
* Maintain a trained, qualified, and motivated staff of engineers while developing personnel to fulfill their highest potential
* Provide the personalized direction required to compensate for the low experience level of newer engineers and effectively leverage the experienced professionals to provide maximum benefit to the group
* Utilize existing tools and processes such as the Human Capital Management Plan and Gap Analysis to identify critical positions, candidates for those positions, and developmental opportunities to prepare individuals for their next challenging assignment
* Conduct periodic performance reviews incorporating individual career goals
