Robert Half recently partnered with a growing manufacturing group looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team. As Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of new facility and have the opportunity to make your mark with a growing company. Your responsibilities as Accounting Manager will consist of but will not be limited to the following: 1. Preparing month-end close. 2. Preparing monthly financial statements. 3. Preparing general ledger and bank reconciliation. 4. Preparing monthly variance analysis. 5. Processing accounts payable. 6. Managing inventory and cost accounting process.

The ideal Accounting Manager should meet the following minimum qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  2. Manufacturing experience
  3. A minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience
  4. ERP experience
  5. Advanced Excel skills
