Your responsibilities

- Welcoming visitors

- Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

- Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

- Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

- Managing all incoming phone calls

- Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

- Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

- Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency- Strong organization skills

- Great attention to detail

- Scanning Documents experience

- Perform Data Entry experience highly valued

- Filing experience preferred

- Practical knowledge of Administrative Assistance

- Background working with Microsoft Excel

- Comprehension of Phone Etiquette

- General familiarity with Provide Clerical Support

- Previous experience working with numeric data entry

- Demonstrated knowledge of Clerical Duties

- Good understanding of data entry

- Experience with Professional Phone Etiquette

- Receptionist Duties experience desired

- Earlier work involving Computer Data Entry

- Deep understanding of Paper Filing

- Administrative skills experience highly preferred

- Scanning experience

- Adeptness in Document Scanning

- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

- Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
