Essential Functions:
- Setting up new items and vendors in the department.
- Coordinating all aspects of purchase order management, item definition, coding, purchase order entry, revisions, order reconciliations, EDI and drop shipments.
- Collecting weekly store margins.
- Sourcing product from secondary vendors.
- Entering advertisement ads.
- Researching and processing Accounts payable pricing discrepancies.
- Serving as a liaison between the buying department and the branches and vendors.
- Providing administrative support such as phoning, faxing orders to vendors, releasing orders, price changes and creating spreadsheets.
Pay rate starts at $19 per hour and can increase depending on experience.
LAX-04 WS-04 WS-TCSchedule
Shift start: 7:30AM
Shift length: 9 hours
9-hour work day: 8 regular with 1 hour of scheduled overtime
