We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and dedicated Permanent Engineering Manager to join our team in the energy industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team of engineers and contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing capital projects, and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). They will also be deeply involved in the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in all operations.

Responsibilities:

As our Engineering Manager, you will:

1. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

2. Manage and oversee capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

3. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve issues that impact operations, productivity, and efficiency.

4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of operation, implementing changes that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

7. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

8. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating these into our operations and strategies.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

2. A minimum of three years of experience in an engineering management role, preferably within the energy industry.

3. Proven experience in managing capital projects, from conception to completion.

4. Demonstrable experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
