We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Mechanic Apprentice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as a Facilities Mechanic while providing support to our experienced team. We are willing to train the right candidate and help you develop the skills necessary to become a successful maintenance professional.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced facilities technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks.
- Learn and develop skills in areas such as electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance principles and practices is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
