Kelly Services in partnership with an innovation manufacturer, is seeking a 2nd and 3rd shift Maintenance Technician. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance. You will work with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems within the facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment malfunctions in an industrial setting.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Install and set up new equipment according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Utilize operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of steam and blower/vacuum systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Utilize computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft suite and familiarity with Computerized Work Order systems.
  • Adapt to various shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and dependability in carrying out job responsibilities.
