CNC Operator

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of Caterpillar Products in Allentown, PA. 

We are now hiring CNC Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

CNC Operator Job Summary

• Hours: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm

• Pay Rate: $19.50/hr 

• Willingness to clean, minor repair and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machinery 

• Able to read work instructions, record dimensions on forms and possess basic math skills 

• Inspect completed work for conformance to specification using tools such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, bore gages and rulers etc. 

• Willing to utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, bore gages etc. 

• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and company policy 

• Keeps a safe and clean work environment 

CNC Operator Qualifications

• Able to be on your feet consistently for 8 to 9 hours 

• Must be at least 18 years of age 

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) 

• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time and OT 

• Willing to lift up to 40 lbs 

• Will be required to maintain perfect attendance
