EMT, Paramedic, or Nurse - Occupational Health

Nurse, EMT, or Paramedic needed for a temp contract opportunity with Yoh’s occupational health client located in Arkansas City, AR.

This job is for a project that ends at the end of April with potential for extension. Looking for those with experience handling emergency medical care. Must be able to work 3pm to 7am and 7am to 7pm shift depending on the day (see schedule below).
--> Job is located at a medical clinic that is open to employees that work for a large corporation. You will be the only medical professional onsite to help with work and non-work related illnesses and injuries.

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN),  Paramedic, or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license in state of Arkansas
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in medical field
• Prefer experience in at least one of the following: Occupational/Employee Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Family Medicine, School Nursing, or Corrections type setting

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assessment/triage, first-aid, and education for employee health concerns (injury care)
• Provide health promotion and wellness materials/information
• Maintain employee health records
• Drug screens and breath alcohol testing
• Provide emergency care and assist First Responders with medical emergencies

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• BLS certified
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Must be willing to travel with the employee in the ambulance should there be an emergency
• Shifts needed so far:
  • Sat April 13 = 7am to 7pm
  • Thus April 18 = 3pm to 7am
  • Sun April 21 = 7am to 7pm
  • Mon April 22 = 3pm to 7am
  • Tues April 23 = 3pm to 7am
