Sr. Lead Service Technician

We are seeking a Sr. Lead Service Technician – Roofing, to join our team! You will inspect, maintain and repair residential and commercial property. We offer the opportunity to fast track to a Sr. Lead Technician position for any candidate that has the knowledge and skills for that role.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair all types of roof systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair problem leaks to find the solution.
• Perform interior repairs/projects.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Teach and develop other technicians to become future Leads.

​Qualifications:

• Roofing and construction experience
• Previous experience in residential and commercial roofing and service work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Not afraid of heights
• Ability to set up and climb ladders to access the roof.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Expert in shingle, slate, or tile a plus!

Salary is commensurate with experience.  Assigned company vehicle for Lead Tech Roles.
