Actively contribute to the gathering of relevant market, consumer, and strategic partner information for subsequent analysis. This information will serve as input in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies for the company.

Main Functions

  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews with consumers and/or distributors for internal market research projects. Ensure information collection through various touchpoints to meet project objectives.
  • Recruit participants for internal market research projects, ensuring they meet the desired profile.
  • Directly supervise information collection in internal investigations, seeking support from sales developers and/or customer service to ensure execution according to work plans and quality standards.
  • Report incidents in the data collection process to market research leadership for consideration in subsequent analysis.
  • Manage project budgets to avoid exceeding established limits and prevent additional disbursements from marketing.
  • Settle assigned projects promptly with all evidence for transparency in marketing's investments in internal research.
  • Hire and train outsourcing personnel (Surveyors) when necessary for projects based on established objectives.
  • Analyze opportunities for promotions, push & pull actions, sell-in and sell-out strategies, alliances, discounts, branding for customers, point-of-sale activations, etc., to achieve goals with the product portfolio.
  • Conduct customer visits to verify planogram execution, demos, brand image, visual materials, campaigns, plans, and promotions for evaluation.
