As an Aluminum Boat Builder, you will be responsiblefor all aspects of the construction of custom aluminum vessels. **Responsibilities:

An Aluminum Boat Builder is responsible for all aspects of the construction of custom-built aluminum vessels. This includes reviewing blueprints, reading specifications, assembly, layout, fitting and welding.

In the role of Aluminum Boat Builder, you will work amongst a small team of 3-4 personnel to fit up, assemble and weld a project from start to finish under the direction of a lead supervisor.

All of our design work and boat kit cutting is done in-house with years of geometry and standardization practices. We operate a clean and organized work environment.

Those with an interest in the marine industry from entry level to experienced are encouraged to apply.

We offer a four-day work week, Monday-Thursday, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid vacation and matching 401K retirement program. Day shift (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) and swing shift (4:30 pm - 2:00 am) work schedules are available.

Pay range will depend on experience, typically between $24 and $36 for this position.
