Position Summary: This position Oversees all financial planning and reporting of the business entities, including preparation of current financial reports. Provides professional, strategic, managerial guidance and direction in the areas of Compliance, Purchasing, Accounting, Cash, Analytics and Audit functions.

Ensures the quality of management operations in all areas of the Finance Department and any operational areas assigned in the future.

Establishes, maintains, and manages all financial and operational controls and metrics within
the organization.
Is accountable, to the highest degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports; maintains highest ethical standards.
Ensures the integrity of all financial data produced by the department.
Responsible for the development, implementation and management of all company accounting policies, procedures and practices.
Oversees the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements.
Oversees the departmental internal and external review of the monthly financial statements.
Responsible for the accurate preparation of all financial statements, budgets and reporting.
Prepares reporting information that will enable the General Manager to direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; confers with executive management and departmental heads as required.
Responsible for financial compliance with all covenants, codes and governing agreements.

Education and Experience Requisite:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance mandatory. MBA/CPA highly preferred.
Minimum of seven (7) years of accounting/audit experience in a business enterprise with a minimum of five (5) years of senior management experience and/or equivalent (Controller or higher).
Minimum 5 years of CASINO SPECIFIC accounting, audit work and/or financial management required.
Working knowledge of NIGC and all Federal and State regulations relating to gaming.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a Gaming License.
Must successfully pas a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
