Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the opening, operation, and closing of the Colter Bay Campground.  Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the Campground. Checks guests into and out of campsites, provides bear safety information and answer any questions regarding the park and surrounding areas. You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety.  You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.

  • Expected Pay Range: $18.20
  • Skill Level: Supervisor

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as MOD when Manager is off duty, including inputting work orders into MS3 if you are MOD
  • Maximizes site rental revenue/occupancy
  • Assists Campground Attendants with duties including verifying site numbers and collecting payment when necessary
  • Assists manager in training of attendants
  • Clean and maintain campsites including emptying fire pits and cleaning bear boxes when necessary
  • Conduct bear runs and work in accordance with National Park Service and Company polices to address bear attractants
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to supervise other employees and to delegate responsibility
  • Strong Verbal English Skills
  • Possess disposition suitable for constant guest contact
  • Ability to lift, walk up and down hills, and bend without difficulty
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Must be able to list up to 50 lbs

The expected pay range is $18.20. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
