Join the Horseshoe Bay Team for the 2021 Season!

We are looking for individuals to join our team for the 2021 season. We have full and part-time positions available for bartending, serving, bussing, hosting, and valet.

Open 7 days a week for lunch service and 5 nights a week (Wednesday through Sunday) for dinner service. Horseshoe Bay offers a fun energetic atmosphere in a private club setting.

$7.50 - $12.00 competitive hourly wage plus tips and flexible scheduling. 20% Auto Gratuity with extra gratuity opportunity. Average $25-27 per hour.

About Us

Horseshoe Bay Golf Club is an 18 year old private club, the only club in Door County. Located just south of Egg Harbor on a bluff overlooking Murphy Park & Green Bay. Horseshoe Bay is open for lunch daily from May through October and dinner Wednesday through Sunday evening. In addition to a la carte dining for our membership we also are the host of many charity golf outings throughout the course of the season, 20+ weddings, rehearsal dinners, brunches and small dinner parties.
