-Provide outstanding customer service: smile and greet patients
-Check-in and Check-out patients in a friendly and professional manner
-Schedule and confirm Patient Appointments
-Maintain Appointment book by following up on no show or cancelled appointments and going through recall list for unscheduled patients
-Verify patient eligibility for dental insurances (PPO & Medical)
-Assist with collecting co-payment for patient balances
-Maintain a clean patient waiting area and front desk
-Assist with administrative assignments as directed by the Front office lead
-Participate and support marketing initiatives for recalls and new patient growth
-Cross trained is preferred (dental assistant background)
