Accounting Coordinator

One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join the team.

Job responsibilities:

• Review daily night audit reports.
• Oversee income audit in accordance with accounting policies, ensure reports are sent timely, accurately, and complete.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, include group billing and membership accounts, enforce payments terms and answer any questions from clients and departments regarding billing.
• Provide support for all resort staff.
• Maintain proper document management and record retention.
• Research and correct any daily variances.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding billing, resolve any guest issues professionally and timely.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Must have skills:

• Ability to navigate property management and point of sale systems.
• Proficiency in excel.
• Positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel information.
• Knowledge of hospitality and accounting preferred.

Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and additional hours as needed.
