Looking for an organized Bartender Manager.
Applicants must have good communication skills and the ability to manage and work well with others.
2-3 years of Bar Management experience is required to be considered for this position.
Duties Include:
- Understand and manage Pull Tabs
- Manage schedules for 4-6 employees.
- Ordering for and stocking bar
- Keeping track of employees TAP/TAMS training.
- Work with bookkeeper.
- Running interference
- Report to board.
Part Time hours, 20 hours a week – Shifts are flexible during business hours.
- Sun – Thurs 10am – 10pm
- Fri – Sat 10am – 12mid
Pay starting at $21/HR with the possibility of tips.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Bar Management experience
- Current Taps/Tams card
- Background will be viewed.
- Drug free environment.
