Our company is a leading provider of executive and management positions in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Server to join our team. As a Food Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.

Serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.

Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Food Server in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment.

Excellent knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to work evenings, days, weekends, and holidays as required.
