Customer Service and Invoicing Specialist Description
- Keep customers updated with order status.
- Sending out Order Confirmations to Customers.
- Handles invoicing for all locations as well as direct ship invoicing.
- Handles quarterly audits on order and invoice drawers.
- Handles customer invoice requests and concerns.
- Other applicable duties as needed.
Hours: Monday-Friday, full-time
