Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service & Sales Representative in our Bellingham, WA corporate office. Qualified individuals must be computer literate, demonstrate typing proficiency, and have previous customer service and sales experience.
**This is an in-house position and not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Place outbound sales calls
- Place customer orders and optimize customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Maintain daily workflow through a CRM Platform
- Correspond and communicate with customers and external parties
- Provide product pricing and inventory status
- Produce product quotes
- Account maintenance
- Update customers on order status and shipping information
- New business development
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or GED
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to demonstrate typing proficiency
- 2 years of applicable Customer Service experience
- Inbound call center experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
