Part time nanny ($22 per hour)

We are in search of a highly skilled and dependable Backup Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Backup Childcare Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to children when their regular caregivers are unavailable. We are in need of an individual who possesses a deep passion for working with children, maintains a flexible schedule, and boasts outstanding caregiving abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver top-notch care to children ranging from infants to school-age, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.
2. Adhere to parents' instructions and daily routines to maintain consistency in the child's care.
3. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster learning, creativity, and social interaction.
4. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring children receive a balanced and nutritious diet.
5. Handle light housekeeping tasks related to child care, such as tidying up play areas and washing dishes used during meals.
6. Maintain effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about the child's daily activities, achievements, and any concerns that may arise.
7. Uphold a safe and clean environment, following health and safety guidelines at all times.
8. Quickly adapt to different family dynamics and household routines.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in child care, whether as a nanny, babysitter, or daycare provider.
2. Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
3. A genuine affection for children and a commitment to their well-being.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility in work hours and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
6. The capacity to handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency.
7. Respect for cultural and individual differences.
8. A high level of reliability and punctuality.
9. The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
