Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $10.50 p/h

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Operator? You’ll be: • Executing the unloading, receipt, and opening of various products related to the company's different lines of business. • Counting, reading, and recording product serial numbers in the information systems. • Ensuring that the product has the correct identification and packaging. • Alerting any issues observed during product arrival and segregating the affected items. • Managing the necessary documentation in the receipt process, validating and approving the product arrival. • Efficiently transporting and delivering the product to the corresponding process. • Executing and reporting the closure of receipt orders in the system. • Properly storing the product according to established standards and disposing of it correctly. • Ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the physical product against the system records. • Assisting in or conducting periodic and general inventory counts, verifying quantity, identification, and locations. • Counting, validating, and verifying accessories, components, and equipment upon entry or exit from the value-added process. • Performing activities related to programming, unlocking, conversion, customization, and fulfillment of incoming products. • Handling non-conforming products detected during ongoing processes. • Properly executing the product picking preparation process and recording the movement in the system. • Accurately and precisely executing product movements as requested. • Ensuring that the shelves and infrastructure are always identified and in order, and reporting any potential risks. • Processing dispatch orders, ensuring that the product matches the customer's requirements in terms of quantity, reference, destination, among others. • Properly packaging and identifying the product to be handled, stored, or dispatched, ensuring it has the appropriate conditions for safe storage, transportation, and distribution. • Generating and validating the documentation associated with each dispatch order, such as invoices, delivery notes, and guides. • Ensuring the delivery of the product in accordance with the transportation company's requirements regarding quantity, condition, documentation, and packaging. • Ensuring proper handling and transportation of the product at all times and at any stage of the process. • Making appropriate use of the company's different information systems, responsibly recording information and all transactions associated with the various processes. • Properly using and maintaining the equipment or handling elements required for the job. • Efficiently utilizing the necessary inputs and materials for each process.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a High School Diploma. • Have at least 6 months of related experience in logistics, warehouse, or similar roles. • Has a valid PR driver's license. Has Forklift experience.
