Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join the Cummins (CMEP) team in Columbus, IN. Several Production Associate opportunities will be available on 2nd and 3rd shift. No experience or high school diploma is required to start!

Shifts available
2nd shift: $18.75 / hour
- Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
- Sunday-Thursday 10pm/10:30pm-6:30am
Why you should apply to be a Production Associate at Cummins:
- Time and half pay after 40 hours, double time paid after 49 hours!
- No experience or high school diploma required – paid training will be provided

- Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product
- Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment
- Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are detail orientated
- Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a production environment
