About this job
- Prepare monthly financial reports and financial analysis
- Perform month-end close journal entries and reconciliations
- Extract + transform financial data; produce insights driven reporting
- Utilize technology to improve processes to increase efficiency
- Process management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and employee expense reports and the related accounting entries
- Lead special projects and assist the Finance + Accounting Director as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with 2+ years related experience
- Attention to detail is critical
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with people at all levels of the organization
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required (vlookup, index match, pivot tables, macros); experience in financial software is preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize deadlines for multiple projects

This work is typically done within an office environment.
- Normal core working hours will be 9 am - 4 pm but may vary depending on project demands
