Manufacturing Supervisor - Rotating Night Shift - Full-time

Now hiring: Manufacturing Supervisor 
Direct Hire: Rotating night shift (2/2/3) 6pm- 6am 
$65k-$70k per year and $4k yearly night bonus 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the specific areas of plant production, including safety, scheduling, output and quality.
• Promoting and maintaining a continuous improvement culture in all areas of production.
• Knowing and enforcing plant policy and procedures as well as plant code of conduct
• Leading, evaluating and training direct employees
• Is the point of contact for Environmental Health & Safety emergency response. 
• Comply with the Company's quality system requirements
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES:

• Associate Degree in Business or Supervisory Management preferred
• 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good people skills with ability to train and communicate well with others
• Ability to develop and then execute operational plan at all levels including personnel, raw materials, equipment, inventory and supplies
• ISO 9001 & Lean Manufacturing background helpful
• Knowledge of stamping or CTL, is a plus

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

• Internally with all employees
• Externally with visitors (i.e. customers, vendors, contractors, truck drivers, etc.)
