Job Description
Seeking a Client Services Specialist with banking industry experience for a 3 month contract in Plano, TX.

This role is 100% onsite.
Must be available to work any day of the week between the hours of 8am to 8pm.
Will work 40 hours per week/ 5days per week (schedule will be assigned upon hire)

Location: Plano, TX

PAY RATE: $24.00/hour

START DATE: 4/29/2024

OVERVIEW: This role will be interfacing with high net worth clients handling intake and transactional work regarding their finances. Must have top-notch communication skills and provide white-glove service!

Who are we looking for?
Roles will be focused on a very high level of Client Support by helping in the creation of accounts, migrating data from one platform to another, facilitate collection of documentations, migration analysis, triaging and back-office coordination in a well-known bank.

Experience: 3+ years of experience working within the banking industry

Functional Skills:
Review system data, and migrate with the use of technology
Perform client outreach (calls, email, meetings), coordination, and associated reporting and tracking.
Perform migration data entry for manual conversions including client entitlement set up and support.
Interact with Bank and clients to facilitate collection of documentation.

Technical / Non-Technical Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Management and Payment Products is preferred.
Experience in Banking
Demonstrate ability to simplify and communicate complex technical procedures.
Hands on approach mindset.
Strong English-Speaking skills.
Need strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally!
Attention to detail and proactive.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Written and Verbal)
Effectively collaborates and communicates with to ensure client satisfaction.
Detail oriented, while still providing reliable and consistent results. Dependable problem-solving skills.
Having any experience in migration activities will be preferred.
