Warehouse Operations Manager

Summary: Seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee sales, customer service, supply chain, warehouse management, and general operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Production / Operations Management

• Leadership experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain & Warehouse management

• Proficiency in financial analysis (forecasting, cost estimating, budgeting, monthly financial reporting)

• General computer skills with proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel

Preferred Skills:

• BS Degree in Business or related field

Responsibilities:

Sales/Customer Service:

• Oversee Sales planning/budgeting & forecasts for the Business unit

• Manage Sales Master Data in ERP systems

• Handle daily Sales management including demand and supply level reviews

• Maintain customer relations and improve Customer satisfaction scores

• Report Monthly Sales MIS and attend management reviews

• Improve Customer delivery PPM scores

Unit Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

• Supervise unit supply chain & warehouse operations

• Manage supplier accounts for timely supplies as per demand

• Authorize purchases and maintain material control within inventory guidelines

• Control Inbound logistics including sea freight and air freight compliance

• Ensure supply chain compliances for the Business unit

• Manage SCM data updates in ERP systems

• Inventory Management & Safety Stock control

Warehouse Management:

• Implement safety practices for workforce and materials

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including inventory control and space management

• Schedule warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

• Regularly inspect equipment and oversee maintenance as necessary

• Collaborate with warehouse leads to analyze productivity

General Management:

• Prepare and circulate MIS reports as required by Unit or Corporate management

• Responsible for staffing functions, skill development, performance management of staff

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $10,000.00 per year
