What We OfferWeekly Pay of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience

Read and understand blueprints prior to starting a project
Source the materials to be used in the project
Measure and cut materials to specifications
Weld materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
Check finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
Day Shift, 07:00 am to 04:30 pm
Monday - Friday
Completed a recognized welding program or can demonstrate a solid knowledge of welding practices
Knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools
Proven experience as welder
Understanding on how projects are laid out and looking ahead for how to do things more efficiently
Understanding of how to manage time to meet quotas
Ability to interpret shop drawing and specification to see steps ahead on how to weld a project together
Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (Mig, TIG,)
Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
Attention to detail
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
