Salary: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour

 

Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team in Colerain, Ohio. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent service delivery to our client’s diverse clientele.

 

Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

· Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.

· Communicate with customers in both English and [Specify Second Language].

· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

 

Requirements:

 

· Fluency in both English and [Specify Second Language].

· Previous customer service experience preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Proficiency in basic computer applications.

· Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
