AZ Pharmacist - Inpatient/Hospital - 13 Week Travel (Temp Relo Required)

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Hospital Staff Pharmacist for a 13 week travel contract in Arizona. This would be for inpatient pharmacy and will require prior or current experience with EPIC software. Position:Hospital Staff Pharmacist
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Every other weekend, 2nd shift (3:30 PM - Midnights)
Requirements:

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active pharmacist license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience
• Proficiencywith EPIC
