New Estuary Home Care is a leading provider of compassionate and reliable in-home care services. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).

Responsibilities:

•Provide direct patient care in accordance with individual care plans
•Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
•Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
•Provide Medication Reminders under the supervision of a registered nurse
•Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
•Provide companionship and emotional support to client's 
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities
•Communicate effectively with client's  their families, and the healthcare team
