The Home Health Registered Nurse assesses patients for skilled home health needs, develops and initiates a plan of care with the physician approval and provides nursing care, ordered by the physician to patients in their place of residence. The Home Health Registered Nurse continually re-evaluates the patients nursing needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of full time experience practicing as a Registered Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of recent (within last three years) clinical experience in a Medicare certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility doing intermittent visits and case management.

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
