Transportation Planner/Coordinator

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Research and report the root cause of delegations and (ii) Own outcomes of all required order management reports such as "Orders Due Today" and "Hot Orders". Education requirements include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Yellow Belt Certification; Experience requirements include: 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Transportation Planner/Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Research and report the root cause of delegations
• Own outcomes of all required order management reports such as "Orders Due Today" and "Hot Orders"
• Perform essential duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Warehouse Associate III job description
• Own assigned portion of Lean Audit
• Track and report order shipment errors
• Own reordering program (Kanban) throughout facility
• Monitors order management reports for Distribution Center Leadership
• Owns BOL and regulatory processes
• Waves orders periodically under directions of Distribution Center leadership
• Owns the clerical portion of the internal compliance audit process for the distribution center
• This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Transportation Planner/Coordinator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Yellow Belt Certification
• 3-5 years of relevant work experiene
• Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in business administration; Orange Belt Certification, Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
