Server Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain knowledge of the Menu, Hotel, and local area
• Greet and Interact with guests
• Take order and serve food and beverages
• Maintain a sanitary, organized, clean dining and work area
• Complete assigned sidework

Server Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to follow corporate and brand standards and procedures

Professional and friendly demeanor even under pressure

Previous experience as a server in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
