Job Description
Seeking 1st and 2nd shift Batch Makers / Mixer Operators for a large Manufacturing Company located in the New Berlin Area
Direct Hire Roles
Pay Rates DOE: $18 - $19
Batch Maker / Blender Duties:
Weigh out and mix exact amounts of chemicals following formulas and batch sheets
Monitor product levels during the mixing process
Match batch adjustments of temperature, equipment, timing, etc. as needed to maintain quality of product batch
Monitor inventory and production schedule
Check batch labels for accuracy
Batch maker / Blender Requirements:
2-5 years related blending/batch making experience (smaller scale blending is ideal)
Experience making batch adjustments, hands-on monitoring of batches
Strong math skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Team player
