Now Hiring BILLING ADMINS!
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Handle Contract billing
- Assist in AIA and progress billing.
- Provide administrative and operational clerical support to the department or staff.
- Organize paperwork in detail oriented electronic filing systems.
- Collect and correct paperwork received from multiple departments.
- Ability to cross train to assist as backup to other departments at times.
- Ability to organize and multi-task efficiently.
- Review and support accounting job setup.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Receive incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries.
- Handle incoming calls and provide general information, forward calls to the appropriate party and take messages as required.
