Disability Services of the Southwest is seeking a Registered Nurse to help support our growing Beaumont/Houston Tx branch office.

Essential Tasks:

- Completing initial client assessments for individuals coming off the CLASS waiting list.

- Conducting post-hospital assessments.

- Scheduling and performing all annual renewal assessments.

 

Requirements:

- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.

- Minimum of one year experience as a registered nurse in a home care setting.

- Must be able to type 35 wpm with 80% accuracy and 80% accuracy in Excel.

- Must have a reliable vehicle, auto liability insurance, and the ability to travel around Beaumont and Houston
