Pride Health is hiring a Medical Office Assistant for one of its clients in California.
This is an 8-week contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.
- Location – Orange, California – 92868
- Length of assignment – 8 weeks
- Pay range - $18 - $22 per hour.
- Shift and Schedule – Mon - Fri - 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Job Summary
To provide clerical/administrative support in departments in the Emergency Services in ER, Trauma, and Emergency Transport.
Job Duties
- Supporting 3 departments in the Emergency Services line under the Director of ED: ER, Trauma, and Emergency Transport; and the Emergency Medical Director.
- Screening visitors and telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Scheduling staff meetings, education hours, and other department meetings.
- Serves as Kronos administrator, ensuring time detail is entered correctly before Kronos deadlines.
- Monitors Kronos reports for accuracy and reviews OT, meal penalties, and attendance.
- Serves as liaison with other departments.
Requirements
- COVID-19 Vaccine + booster required.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of clerical/administrative work supporting a department.
- Kronos timekeeping experience.
- 3 years or more of clerical/administrative work supporting a department.
