We are looking for a motivated and responsible person to join our Quick Lane Oil Change Team!  We have full-time and part-time opportunities available.  Working in the Quick Lane is a great job by itself, but it is also a great steppingstone towards a long-term career in the automotive field.  We regularly promote our Quick Lane Technicians into the Main Shop!

Experience in automotive is not required.  We offer paid training on the job!  Our dealership is fast paced, organized, and built for the best technician experience!

Our Quick Lane Technicians start at $17.00 per hour, $18.00 per hour after training is completed. 

Quick Lane Technician Job Responsibilities

  • Perform engine oil changes
  • Perform tire rotations
  • Change engine air filters
  • Change cabin air filters
  • Replace wiper blades
  • Inspect and top off all fluid levels
  • Adjust tire pressures
  • Perform visual inspections and document it on an iPad
  • Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools
  • Report machinery defects or malfunctions to Quick Lane Manager
  • Keep shop area neat and clean

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Manage day-to-day work plan in a fast-paced environment
