Asphalt Crew Member

Ballard Asphalt Paving & Maintenance, Inc. is a locally owned and operated family business that largely services Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities. We offer a full line of services ranging from new paving to parking lot striping. Projects include both large and small commercial and residential properties. This position is a full-time position that pays $25-$32 per hour. Plenty of potential for overtime, bonuses, and off-season pay. Additional benefits also include paid training, PTO, free AFLAC coverage, life insurance, and retirement match. We also pay for all tools and safety equipment required for the job and offer quarterly company outings. Requirements and Duties:

• Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to reliably commute to our shop located in Tea, SD.
• No experience is necessary but 1 year of construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift around 70lbs and work outdoors in hot temperatures around hot machinery and material.
• Ability to collaborate with the onsite team to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.
• Following instructions and implementing construction plans.
• Class A or B CDL not required but preferred.
