Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Reliable Tire Disposal, you play a crucial role in engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You will report to the Director of Human Resources. Success in this role is measured by your ability to provide exceptional customer service, maintain positive customer relationships, and contribute to increased sales and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

Sales Support:

Assist in sales efforts by providing product information, quotes, and order processing.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Customer Feedback:

Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer surveys and feedback.

Communication Skills:

Communicate effectively and professionally with customers through various channels, including phone and email.

Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.

Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Sales support experience is a plus.

Knowledge of tire disposal industry products and services.
